Returns policy

 

Product Returns

  • Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date indicated on the legal proof of purchase and only upon presentation of the proof of purchase. If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of other product(s).
  • The returned goods must be in perfect condition and the original packaging must not have been altered - damaged or added.
  • The product is shipped at the customer's expense, in its original condition and packaging, including a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice.
  • In the case of repeated returns or in the event that the IRED, at its sole discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
  • For hygiene reasons, our company does not accept returns of used headsets/microphones/headsets.

Return of Defective Products

  • In case of fault of the IRED (sale of the wrong product, non-functional, defective, damaged, etc.), if the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of other product(s).
  • The acceptance of a product return is considered temporary until the existence of a problem is confirmed by the technicians of the manufacturers with whom the company cooperates and final after the inspection, with the issuance of a credit note (usually about 20 calendar days).IRED provides a 6-month warranty on all electrical / electronic products it sells. After the 6 months the product is covered by the respective manufacturer to whom it is sent for technical inspection.
  • In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition in which they were received, complete and without damage. The packaging of the product must be that which normally accompanies it (matching the IMEI-SERIAL NUMBER) and must be in perfect condition.
  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible (within 4 working days) about the product and the problem that occurred.

 

 

Retreat

 

  • If a product or service is sold to a consumer via the internet or other means of distance communication (by telephone, post) or off-site (by a home seller), the consumer has the right to return the product or cancel the service within 14 days. This period is usually called the waiting period or withdrawal period. The consumer does not have to give reasons for his decision.

 

  • In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as received, complete and without damage. The consumer bears the transport costs and the transfer costs that his bank may charge him. The packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies it (to match the IMEI-SERIAL NUMBER) and must be in perfect condition.
  • The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing electronically and IRED is obliged to acknowledge receipt of it
