How would you like it if Apple asked you to travel the world and use an iPhone 7 Plus to take low-light photos? The photographers who took on the new "shot on iPhone" campaign were in different parts of the world on November 5, 2016 and captured some great shots, making the most of the camera's low-light shooting capabilities.

Specifically, they travelled from Johannesburg to Shanghai, in particularly extreme weather conditions, in search of inspiration. For example, photographer Reuben Wu photographed the 130 active volcanoes in Indonesia using an iPhone 7 attached to a drone, while Ruairidh McGlynn travelled by sled to Iceland to photograph the Arctic terrain at night.

The photos will probably be displayed on large billboards and other advertising media in cities around the world. You, however, can download seven selected campaign photos from Apple's website.

Behind Apple's new campaign: One Night on iPhone 7

The new camera of the iPhone 7 Plus has an optical image stabilizer and an aperture f/1.8 that allows for even clearer, blur-free photos and videos in low-light conditions with 50% more light on the camera sensor, compared to the iPhone 6s.

The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus seems to be the main reason for the recent recovery of the Apple, which had experienced a decline in sales over the last three quarters. Recently, it announced that its latest model gave it a 3% boost, taking the company's total revenue to a whopping $78.4 billion.
