The "Find iPhone" feature is a great way to protect your device in case you lose it or it gets stolen. However, it is not such a good way to protect your SIM card.
However, without having activated the PIN on the SIM card, anyone can access the SIM card, making it easy to make calls, send messages and activate data.
This is of course the worst case scenario that can happen, but protecting your SIM card with a personal PIN code is an excellent way to increase the level of protection on your device and make sure that if the device falls into the wrong hands, the data cannot be used.

How to activate the PIN code on your SIM card
First we open the "Settings" of our device and scroll down until we find the "Phone" section.
From there we tap on the SIM PIN and activate the switch.
We will be prompted to set the PIN of the SIM card we want and then click "Finish" at the top right.
Notes: the code should contain between 4 and 8 digits
Now the switch has been activated. From now on, every time we activate our device, we will be asked for this code so that we can use our device (phone, messages, internet data, etc.).
